An application is named here once it has an Atlassian Marketplace listing, and not before. Every one is built on Atlassian Forge, which is what lets an application sit wherever the problem is: a custom field, an automation action, a JQL function, a Rovo agent. Each stays supported through the Help Center, where a request gets a reference and an SLA measuring the response.
